How to Send Your Phones for Service & Warranty

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and standing by our word. To ensure your repair or 2-year warranty service is expedited quickly, please follow these simple steps:

No advanced notice is needed, and there are no complicated RMA forms to fill out. We will always send a confirmation email upon receiving your package, assign a tracking number, and return your devices via UPS. Ground shipping is always free, and expedited shipping can be arranged upon request.

  1. Prepare the Handsets

    Please remove batteries, holsters, clips, or any extra cases. Send only the phones unless specific charger troubleshooting is requested.

  2. Describe the Problem

    State whether you are sending the phones for service or warranty work. If possible, describe the issue with each unit on a note, as it helps us expedite repairs.

  3. Notify via Email

    Send us an email at repair@smadny.com to notify us of the shipment.

  4. Ship Your Package

    Pack your phones carefully and return them using the shipping service of your choice to our address:

  5. Include Packing Slip / Purchase Order

    If you have a packing slip, PO#, or original invoice (for warranty repair claims), please include it in the package. This is not strictly necessary but helps cross-reference our records quickly.

    If shipping internationally, please declare a low custom/insurance value (approx. $5 USD for each unit) to avoid customs blockages.

Do I need an RMA number before sending phones in?
