No advanced notice is needed, and there are no complicated RMA forms to fill out.We will always send a confirmation email upon receiving your package, assign a tracking number, and return your devices via UPS. Ground shipping is always free, and expedited shipping can be arranged upon request.

All we need in the box is a packing slip — no RMA number and no account required. Pick whichever is easiest:

Print your slip and place it inside the box. With the online generator, tape the Shipping Label (Page 2) to the outside; with the blank form, just write our address (see Step 3) on the package.
Tip: Ship only the phone cores — remove batteries, holsters, clips, or any extra cases. Send only the phones unless specific charger troubleshooting is requested.

Do I need an RMA number before sending phones in?

Who pays return shipping?
We return your devices via UPS. Ground shipping is always free, and expedited shipping can be arranged upon request.
Do I need my original invoice for a warranty claim?
If you have a packing slip, PO#, or original invoice (for warranty repair claims), please include it in the package. This is not strictly necessary but helps cross-reference our records quickly.
How does the 2-year warranty work?
Every phone sold or repaired by us is cataloged and protected with a signature tamper-proof sticker. We track each serial number to match the warranty directly to your name. No questions asked.
